How to Order:

1. Choose the Size: Consider which size of medal holder with a shelf best fits your collection of medals (50 cm, 60 cm, 75 cm, or 100 cm). Each shelf can hold up to 6 medals (depending on their size and weight). The shelf depth is set at 10-12 cm by default (based on the width and design of the medal holder).

2. Add Name or Text: Enter a name, quote, or message that inspires you every day.

3. Select Font Style: Choose a font style that reflects your personality and style.

4. Choose Sports Figures: Select figures that represent your sport or achievements, adding a personal touch to your holder, whether it’s running, swimming, wrestling, rhythmic gymnastics, or another sport. If you can’t find your desired sports figure in our selection, please add this in the comments.

5. Choose Color: Specify the wood color that harmonizes with your room’s design and highlights your achievements. Choose 1, 2, or 3 wood tones. Also, in the comments, let us know if you want to stain just the name or the entire product surface.

6. Choose Photo Frame: If you would like to add a photo frame, select “Yes” from the menu. By default, the photo frame is designed for a 10×15 cm photo in portrait orientation. We will install a 0.5 mm thick protective glass between the wooden frame and the photo.

7. Submit Your Order: Add the product to your cart and follow the instructions for completing your order, then await the design sample to your email.

Ordering and Delivery:

• Production Time: Your unique medal holder will be ready within 5–10 working days after placing your order, depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders. We will send you a design for approval in advance, and we await your response within two working days. If needed, we will make one adjustment/addition at your request. Once the design is approved, it will go into production.

• Shipping: For orders over €149, we offer free shipping. We deliver your orders worldwide. Within Estonia, you can choose delivery by courier or to a parcel machine. Self-pickup from our workshop in Tallinn is also available.

• Packaging: We ensure your product reaches you safely – each item is carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

User Guide and Maintenance:

• Installation Guide: The package includes hooks that make attaching the custom medal holder to the wall easy and quick.

• Care: The wooden and acrylic glass products are easy to maintain. We recommend occasionally wiping them with a soft, dry cloth to keep their beautiful appearance and shine.
